Fabasoft Boards offers much more than digital meeting management from the certified Cloud: process-based proposal and decision-making, online voting and a wide range of recording options make it easier to prepare for meetings and save time for all meeting participants. 

This is what your new job looks like:

• You will assume overall responsibility for the success and further development of Fabasoft Boards and report directly to the CEO of Fabasoft 4teamwork AG.
• You are responsible for the strategic orientation of Fabasoft Boards in accordance with the Group strategy and, together with your team, drive the operational implementation of a future-oriented product and sales strategy (incl. AI use cases, SAP SuccessFactors integration).
• You recognize trends and market potential, identify and develop new use cases and thus win new customers and strategic project partners.
• You work closely and efficiently with other colleagues throughout the Fabasoft Group, combining existing technologies with new developments to create a unique application on the market.

• You impress with your inspiring, visionary, winning and, above all, entrepreneurial personality, your innovation-oriented mindset and toolset and your palpable enthusiasm for the digitalization of business processes.
• You have completed an academic education in a technical or commercial field and already have several years of professional experience in a similar role, at least in a managerial role with responsibility for areas such as product management or sales and business development, ideally in the digitalization or software environment.
• You see yourself as both a pioneer and an implementer and convince your/our stakeholders (from the Management Board to colleagues and customers) with your negotiating skills, eloquent communication and consistency.
