The resource-intensive process of time recording, the excess of communication tools as well as the confusing data storage - according to study results of the University of St.Gallen (HSG), these are the biggest pain points in the area of the digital and web-based workplace. Fortunately, 4teamwork has the know-how as well as the technical solutions to meet these needs.

The goal of the student study was to elicit new strategic business areas for the digital and web-based workplace within the private sector. In order to identify new markets for a possible expansion of the 4t One business platform, the students conducted numerous interviews within potentially interesting target groups, developed a value proposition canvas and even designed a digital prototype of the new needs-based solution.

To what extent the valuable results will be applied to our software solutions for the paperless and location-independent workplace is, of course, not something we would like to reveal at this point. However, we would like to thank Basil Baumgartner, Tim Bornhauser and Ramon Schriber for their competent work, the exciting findings and the refreshingly creative presentation.

The University of St.Gallen (HSG) is one of the most renowned business schools not only in Switzerland, but in Europe. The HSG's Institute of Business Informatics, which supervised the project work, gives its students a profound insight into the business models and applications of digital technologies. We at 4teamwork are happy to support this emerging spirit of technological innovation and delivered a thematically challenging use case, which the three students worked on during one semester.
