At the popular information event, we discussed current topics and trends relating to the digitisation of information and document management as well as the future-oriented use of our specialist solutions for the digital workplace with experts. In 2020, the Innovation Day was cancelled due to a pandemic, and in 2021 it was held digitally in line with Corona. This year it was finally: Finally, we're back together!
Around 30 representatives from Swiss municipalities, cities, cantons, memory institutions and private companies from all over Switzerland travelled to Bern's Welle 7 to find out about the latest advances in the sector after two years of privation.
The highlight of the day were the keynotes by three top-class guest speakers: Mathias Nöbauer, CEO of the cloud service provider Exoscale, gave the participants competent insights into the protection and security of data held in the cloud. Mario Gähwiler, owner and CEO of Eberle AG, which specialises in archiving processes, spoke about the transition from physical to digital archiving processes. And Mauro Ricchetti, partner and IT project manager of the IT consulting and engineering company STABILIT Informatik AG, showed the participants the potential of sustainable document management by connecting the CumulusPro platform to our digital business management solution OneGov GEVER.
In addition, various 4teamwork employees inspired the audience with insights into the latest developments of our software solutions for the digital workplace. The afternoon break-out sessions showed current use cases of our solutions OneGov GEVER, teamroom, the meeting and minutes management and the digital reading room, and gave interested parties a platform for questions and discussions.
Participants and speakers rounded off the successful event with an atmospheric networking aperitif and are already looking forward to seeing each other again in 2023!
